Ferrobend comes to choosing high-performance materials for industrial applications, stainless steel 440C threaded bars stand out due to their exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and versatility. At Ferrobend, we take pride in manufacturing stainless steel 440C threaded bars that meet the most rigorous industry standards and provide unmatched durability for a variety of applications. Whether you are working on construction, automotive, aerospace, or marine projects, our stainless steel 440C threaded bars are the perfect choice for ensuring structural integrity and performance. At Ferrobend, we use top-quality 440C stainless steel to produce threaded bars that offer a unique combination of corrosion resistance, tensile strength, and durability, making them highly sought after in a wide array of industries.
Stainless Steel 440C is a high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel known for its hardness and wear resistance. With a higher carbon content compared to other stainless steel grades, 440C achieves a hardness level that makes it an ideal material for components requiring high mechanical strength. It contains 16-18% chromium, which provides excellent resistance to corrosion, while the carbon content helps it achieve hardness and wear resistance characteristics. After proper heat treatment, 440C stainless steel can be hardened to a Rockwell hardness of up to 60 HRC.
At Ferrobend, quality is our top priority. We use state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques and stringent quality control processes to ensure that every stainless steel 440C threaded bar meets the highest industry standards. From raw material inspection to final product testing, we ensure that each threaded bar is dimensionally accurate, free from defects, and ready to perform in demanding applications. We also provide comprehensive material certification reports to guarantee the authenticity and quality of our products.
